How To Use

1. How often should I use the mask?
For the best results, we recommend using the mask for10 minutes, 3 to 5 times per week. Consistency is key. You can safely use it every day if you wish, but your skin cells need time to process the light energy, so 3-5 times is the "sweet spot."
2. Can I use Retinol or Tretinoin with this mask
Yes, but not at the same time.
- Do not apply Retinol/Tretinoin before using the mask, as this can cause light sensitivity.
- Use the mask on clean skin first, then apply your Retinol after your session is finished.

7. Is the neck piece attached to the mask?
The Solasup™ system comes with two separate pieces: the Face Mask and the Neck Mask. They connect to a single controller, so you can treat both areas simultaneously, or unplug the neck piece if you only want to treat your face.
8. Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
Absolutely. In fact, we have specific modes for sensitive skin. TheYellow ModeandCyan Modeare specifically designed to soothe redness, calm inflammation, and reduce skin sensitivity.
9. Is it safe for my eyes?
Our mask is designed with built-in silicone eye inserts that block the light from entering your eyes directly. However, the lights are very bright. We recommend closing your eyes during your 10-minute session and using it as a moment of meditation and relaxation.
