Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Liberty 250 online store.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping through this online store.

Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free for all eligible U.S. orders. Any optional paid service will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 6–10 business days after order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends, holidays, payment or address review, carrier congestion, weather, and events outside our reasonable control may extend delivery.

Processing and tracking

Orders are processed on business days. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking can take time to begin showing movement after the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email support@liberty-250.store immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Reasonable reshipping costs may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.

Delays and delivery issues

If tracking is stalled, shows delivery when the package has not been received, or the package appears lost, first check the delivery area and household members, then contact the carrier and our support team. We will review the available information and assist with the carrier investigation.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect the shipment after delivery. If an item is materially damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
