Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Liberty 250 online store.

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in the condition received, and returned with the protective capsule and other components supplied with that order. If you purchased wooden gift boxes, those boxes must also be returned in their original condition for the box portion to be refundable.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, email support@liberty-250.store with your order number, the name and email used for the order, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable service. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can investigate.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept items that are used, altered, personalized, missing supplied components, damaged after delivery through misuse, or returned after the 30-day period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

After inspection, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
