Shipping & Delivery

At Solasup™, we are dedicated to delivering your clinical-grade skincare devices safely and efficiently. We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your order arrives on time, no matter where you are located.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Insured Shipping: FREE on all orders worldwide.

  • Express Priority Shipping: Available at checkout (Rates calculated based on location).

2. Processing Time

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, quality check, and pack your order at our fulfillment center.

  • Note: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package creates a label. If you do not receive an email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • While we strive to meet these timeframes, external factors such as customs clearance or extreme weather may cause minor delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include real-time tracking.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

  • Please Note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your notification. This is normal.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States: Orders under $800 USD usually do not incur customs duties.

  • International: For orders shipping to the EU, UK, Canada, or other international destinations, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once it reaches your country.

  • Policy: Solasup™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of record. We recommend checking your local customs website for more information.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check your immediate surroundings (mailbox, porch, neighbor).

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as "delivered" prematurely).

  3. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at [support@solasup.com].

We offer Shipping Protection. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier during transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [support@solasup.com] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
