2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and referenced policies. You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement.

3. Product and affiliation disclaimer

Products sold here are privately produced commemorative collectibles. They are not legal tender, currency, securities, investment products, or official government merchandise. Liberty 250 and its products are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or issued by the U.S. Government, the U.S. Mint, or America250.

We aim to describe finishes, dimensions, packaging, and features accurately. Lighting, displays, and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor visual differences.

4. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel orders for inventory or pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. Captured payments for cancelled orders will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and enabled payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment providers process complete card information under their own terms.

6. Shipping

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after order confirmation and is not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, address issues, payment review, carrier delays, weather, and events beyond our control may extend delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Contact support before returning anything.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, submit false information, or violate third-party rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Liberty 250 name, site design, original text, photographs, and graphics are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners; appearance does not imply endorsement.

10. Third-party services

Shopify hosts the store. Third parties may provide payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, advertising, security, and support under their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing excludes statutory warranties or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where exclusion is lawful.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain mandatory protections available where they live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively and will post the revised effective date.
